Billy, Pattie and Mike, I'm so sorry to hear about your Mother. I just heard today. I volunteer at Martha Jefferson Hospital and saw her frequently when she came for treatment. The last time I saw her she was so happy and cheerful. I am thinking of you. Love and God Bless, Janice Mann, Charlottesville Va

Dear Patty and Family,
My prayers and thoughts are with you all. You know you don't have to be born family to love someone and that was true of the whole Cookenour Family. I loved Maggie Cookenour to pieces and it was only natural to love Edith. Those 2 ladies were one of a kind. I can't forget Jimmy, cause I love him to pieces too. I can see Edith being wheeled up the hall at MJH, yelling back to me, "I love you" and me responding back in kind. We didn't care who heard us. She is now up in Heaven lighting up the skies, of this I have no doubt. Thanks for sharing her with us all.
