Edith Arlene Pitts

Edith Arlene Pitts, 92, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026 at Amira Senior

Living where she had resided since April 2025. Prior to that she resided in

Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

Although Arlene worked several jobs throughout her life, she loved working at the

Target Center and did so for over 20 years. Her passion was working as an usher at

the Timberwolves games. She knew every player and they knew her. Even after

she retired, she would cheer them on and give advice through her Facebook page.

One of her lifelong dreams was to model. Arlene stepped out of her comfort zone

and fulfilled that dream while in her 50s.

Arlene is survived by her children Stephen (Judy) Pitts, Scott (DeAnna) Pitts and

Tracy Pitts; her grandchildren Justin (Cara) Phillips, Allison (Patrick) Riggs, Matthew

Pitts, Tiffany Pitts, Jason Schwab, Nicholas Pitts, Kaitlin (John) Arnold and Lindsey

(Sam Soule) Pitts; and her great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Courtney Phillips,

Brayson, Braxton and Brody Schwab.

A visitation will be held for Arlene on Tuesday 3/17 from 4-7pm at Washburn-McReavy Glen Haven Chapel 5125 West Broadway Ave, Crystal, MN 55429 763-533-8643.

The family would like to thank her PCAs, Stephen and Seana Thorkildson, for the

love and care they provided to Arlene over the past year. Words are not enough.

In lieu of flowers and to honor Arlene's love for cats, donations may be made in

her honor to Melissa's Second Chances and the Second Cup Cat Café (Mscrescue.org).
