Edith M. Plescia (nee Trauth), 93, of Manchester formerly of Clifton and Garfield, passed away on November 25, 2025. Born in Clifton, finally settled in Leisure Knolls in Manchester. She belongs to Leisure Knolls knitting club. She was a former parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Virgin R.C. Church in Garfield. Preceded in death by her parents Otto and Thekla Trauth. Beloved wife of the late Vincent Plescia, Sr. Devoted mother of Victoria Elvena and her husband Thomas, Louise Lorenzo and her husband Julio, Valerie Bennett and husband Jay, Melissa Raspantini and her husband Gary and the Late Vincent Plescia, Jr. Loving grandmother of Michael (Ashley) Elvena, Vincent Elvena, Lindsay Lorenzo, Alex Lorenzo, Felicity, Claudia, Meredith and J.J. Bennett, Mia and Nicholas Raspantini. Cherished great-grandmother of Maci, Michael and Madelynn. Dear sister of the late Eleanor Triolo, Arnold and Herbert Trauth. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Di Chiara Funeral Home, 300 Main St., Lodi, and a 1:00 pm Chapel Service will be offered.
