Edith M. Willey, 79, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Harbor Assisted Living in Fort Wayne. Born in St. Helens, England, Edith worked at several bakeries throughout her working years. She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, and cheering for Notre Dame. Surviving are her children; Barbara Willey of Fort Wayne, Robert Willey of Laporte, John Willey of Destin, FL, Linda Willey of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Jessica, Gabrielle, Zachary, and Joshua; and sister, Marion Gray of England. Edith was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Ada Liptrot, husband, Robert Willey, and brother, Harry Liptrot. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 am Saturday, December 5, 2015 at St. Jude Catholic Church with calling one hour prior, Fr. Jake Runyon officiating.
