Leon, Howard, and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Ed for over 10 years , I first met him at TGI Fridays in San Ramon, CA, and found him to be a great friend with a warm heart. I had the pleasure of meeting Howard and Leon while they visited Ed in California. I feel sad, heart broken, and shock for his passing. I have so many memories of him that I will not ever forget. He would always call me Kiddo and I still his voice saying," Hey Kiddo". He was a wonderful teacher, and friend who will never be forgotten. I talked to him a couple months ago, just after he went back to Virgina, I am glad I had the opportunity to talk to him, he sounded good, he talked about visiting California, and I had no idea how bad he really was otherwise I would have checked on him frequently.

Howard Jr, Leon and Family,
I was very sadden to hear about the passing of Chuckie. I have so many fond memories of him from our childhood on Snead street and continuing on to growing up in the Jamestown community. Even though we grew up and went our separate ways, we still continue to keep in touch. I use to look forward to July because I knew that Chuckie would be visiting. Our gang have lost yet another special friend. Chuckie will be truly missed but never forgotten.

Sorrowfully submitted,

To the family,

Words can't bring Chuckie back but the fun times we shared on Jamestown Road will forever be in our hearts.
