Edna DeCroo

Edna A. Hinerman DeCroo, 75, of Fayette City, Jefferson Twp., passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025 at AHN Jefferson Hospital, Jefferson Hills. Born September 8, 1949 in McKeesport, PA she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Claire Sheedy Hinerman.  A resident of Fayette City for the past 23 years, Mrs. DeCroo was Catholic by faith and was a retired Elementary School Teacher at the McKeesport School District. Edna was an avid Shirley Temple collector, an avid antique collector with her husband, enjoyed traveling, fly fishing, working in her garden and was an animal lover to many of her pets over the years. 

She is survived by her husband Robert W. DeCroo to whom she would have been married 50 years in August; mother in law Irene DeCroo of Colorado Springs, CO; brother in law & sister in law Mark & Luanne DeCroo of Colorado Springs, CO; sister in law & brother-in-law Kathy & Denzel Morgan of Myrtle Beach, SC; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother Raymond Hinerman Jr.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-7:30 pm at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty St. Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515 followed by funeral services at 7:30 PM with the Rev.
