Edna Massey

Edna Ruth Massey of Greeneville, born March 20, 1948, passesd away January 2, 2026.

She is survived by her son Bradley Massey, her two grand children Aaron joe Massey and Bryce Jaynes, her two brother Kenneth (Stephanie) Britton and Russel Britton, nephews Donnie Burkey, Tim Burkey, Lesley Greene of NC, Lynn Britton, and Ethan Britton, and niece Joanie Britton, and many great nieces and nephews. Special friends Billy ( Marilyn Davis) Massey, Michelle Jaynes, Gary and Dee Dee Beason, and Misty Combs.

She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Grace Britton, her two sister Norma Sain and Christeen Hartman, and her niece Krystal Hartman.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 6th from 2-3 at Jeffers Funeral Service downtown, we will then go in procession for a 3:30 graveside at Cross Anchor Cemetery.

Edna and I graduated together and were friends in high school and afterwards. I last saw her at our 50th class reunion. We often talked on the phone and on Facebook. I'm sure she will be greatly missed by her family and you are in my thoughts and prayers
