Hi Diana & Family,

Mac was a terrific colleague at the phone company. I also noticed that we are fellow Spiders and fraternity brothers (Phi Kap). I finished in '66. So, I did not have the pleasure of knowing Mac in college. I suspect my fraternity experience was influenced by his shadow from earlier days. Bless you. Wayne Dementi

Dear Diana,
I was so sorry to hear the news of Mac's passing. You have been in my prayers and I am honored to have had the chance to meet such a kind, giving man.

To Diana and family: I read of Mac's passing and extend my sympathy to each of you. In 1955 I enrolled as a freshman at the University of Richmond and chose to accept an invitation to become a part of the Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity. I was inspired by the maturity and friendly manner of each member; however, it was Mac who stood out as my mentor throughout my college career. Mac. Thanks for all that you did for me and for many who were fortunate to have known you.

Mac,

Thank you for teaching a headstrong young boy how to fish! I will never forget you or the trips to Hatteras!

Diana,

I'm so very sorry! Our prayers go out to you and all the kids. We love you guys very much!

To Diana and the rest of Mac’s family, take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

Diana, I am so sorry to hear of your loss....I didn't get to know Mac for too long, but the time I did know him, he was a special person. We know he is not suffering now and he's in Jesus' arms. Linda (Sunrise)
