I send my sincere condolences to Thelma and her family. My parents were life long friends of Eddie and Thelma. As kids, we enjoyed their visits to us in Lyme Center. Us girls would take long walks down the dirt road and have a great time talking all the way. Years later, it was fun meeting up with Sherry at the Cornish Fair. I always admired her parents and my parents friendship. They had so much fun visiting!

Eddie and Thelma Bly are long-time friends of my parents, Fred and Catherine King. As young couples, they met in Derby Line in the 1940's. Mom and Dad eventually moved to Lyme Center, NH to raise their family. I remember, very fondly, Eddie and Thelma and their "girls" visiting at least once a year - usually in the Fall. Those visits were fun and our time together was never long enough. We did visit East Charleston on occasion, but I credit Thelma for planning and carrying out the annual visits. She corresponded faithfully through the years. My sincere sympathy to Thelma and her family.
