Edward Jay Buchta 58, of Fremont, NE, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025, at his home. He was born March 17, 1967, in Fremont to Edward R. and Lois Ann (Strunk) Buchta.
Ed grew up in Fremont and was a 1985 graduate from Fremont Senior High School.
Ed was very kind and compassionate to all animals. He was a huge Minnesota Vikings and LA Lakers fan.
He is survived by his sister, Michelle (Mark) Marfisi of Fremont; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Eds family will have a get-together to honor Ed's life in the coming future.
He will be buried at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.
