Edward Henry Clark

This one tugs at my heart strings-- one of the purest souls I met in Michigan. He always embraced me with a warm hug and a chuckle - we shared many tears and laughs together - he took me under his wing my first year in Michigan he gave a helping hand when he barely knew my name we bonded over grief and loss- but he saw more than that in me and I did the same in him- his heart was genuine he loved his kids, grandkids and was proud of every milestone.. there was void with out his wife though and often he'd talk about her and the pain of missing her- hed tell me stories about his time working and all the things he loved, every conversation ended with that same warm hug and an encouraging word. Im praying he has reunited with his wife and that he is the happiest he's ever been- im hoping he knows that he touched my heart when I needed it most -- like I always said "I'll see you later grandpa" rest easy mr.ed
