Edward DeCicco Sr., of Kingston, New York, passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 76. He was born on February 3, 1949, to the late William and Mary (Mosher) DeCicco. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 49 years, Susan (Brayman) DeCicco.

Edward was a hardworking man who dedicated himself to his career in blacktopping for his family business, Bill DeCicco & Sons Inc. He enjoyed hanging out with his co-workers and family that were a part of his job and spending quality time with his grandchildren who were the light of his life.

Although we will miss him dearly, we take comfort in the memories we shared and the joy he brought to our lives. You’ll always have a friend in me, Rest in Peace, Poppy.

Edward is survived by his children Edward W. DeCicco Jr. (Avari DeCicco), and Jill E. DeCicco (Tim Farrell). He leaves behind five adoring grandchildren, Caitlin Carpino (Jeff Carpino), Brandon Gill, Taylor DeCicco (Katlin DeCicco), Hailey DeCicco (Jackie House), Chloey DeCicco (Peter Matera), and five great grandchildren, Harleigh Carpino, Carson Carpino, Amelia DeCicco, Luca DeCicco, and Elaina House. His siblings, Rosemarie Cantwell and her husband Richard Sr. of Saugerties, Anthony DeCicco and his wife JoAnn of Largo, Fl, and Samuel DeCicco Sr. and late wife Bonnie DeCicco of Kingston; his paternal aunt Cora (DeCicco) Martin; his maternal aunt Joan (Mosher) Quick; his nieces and nephews Richard Cantwell Jr. (Christina Cantwell), Todd Cantwell, Joseph DeCicco, Toni Ivankovic (Dave Ivankovic), William DeCicco and Samuel DeCicco Jr.; as well as many others in the Brayman and Mosher families.
