I would like to give my heart felt condolence to the MC Bride family. When I first meet Whitey I did not know a lot about what men were like that served in the Navy, and all the challenges that they went through. I would listen to stories that Whitey would talk about, and I came to know a man that was incredibility intelligent, wise, humble, loving, kind, compassionate, humorous, and a true gentleman. I once told Whitey that his wife was so lucky to have him. Whitey's reply, I was the lucky one. I can honestly say that when God made Whitey he broke the mold. I feel very proud, honored, and privileged to have meet such a amazing man that I have come to know as a true legend. May your golden wings always fly over us. With loving thoughts, God Bless.

Sincerely,
Linda E. Bronson

I proudly served as a US Navy enlisted sailor, stationed at Miramar NAS 1955-56, also served on USS Boxer.....in the Pacific (Japan, Hong Kong, Philipines, sending condolences in the passing of another Naval hero, who flew with the Blue Angels........I remember watching in complete awe the Blue Angels flying over San Diego .....there were none more awesome than they.......and we'll forever have a special place in our hearts for them.

My condolences to the family. In reading his legacy, it was such, as viewing a movie of the war. He lived the life. May the God of Comfort, continue to comfort the family, during these difficult times.
