Edward Frank Genzer (Eddie) was born at home on the farm on December 18th, 1932. He was the youngest of six children of Lee and Frances (Vrana) Genzer. His childhood on the farm shaped his incredible work ethic and commitment to family and faith.
He served two years in the Army and graduated from Oklahoma A & M with a degree in Geology. He married Sandra Desjardin and together they made Sapulpa their home and raised three daughters.
Eddie's career was in the oilfield, having co-owned an oil well cementing company and also doing oil well servicing until his retirement. He and Sandra were kindred spirits with their love of horse racing, occasional trips to Las Vegas and the local casinos. Their greatest love was to each other and their daughters and their families. They had the amazing quality to make each family member feel they were the favorite.
Eddie is survived by his daughters, Karen Titterington (Joe), Jeanne Mandeville (Pat) and Denise Bayliff (Barry).
