I went to Jr. High with your daughter Tammy. I remember you and Mrs. Gonzales welcomed me in your home, even though I didn't look like everyone else. I know you are resting in peace now.

RIP Eddie.

I first met Ed when he worked in the Supply Room at Kern County Health Department. I worked in the Accounting Department and had to go to the Supply Room every 3 months to take inventory. Ed and I never got the right count for the birth control pills! We joked about that later when I went to work at Municipal Court and he worked for Purchasing in the "Taj Mahal". We would pass in the hall or in the cafeteria. He always was smiling and would remind me when his retirement date would be--it became more of a greeting instead of Hi. I know he made a lot of friends in his life, and I was pleased to be one. I know he will be making God smile!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't even imagine your pain. But I am praying for all of you that God would give you peace beyond all understanding. Love and prayers, Kristina
