I had the pleasure of working with Ed at HUD Boston in the 1990s. I remember him as a very sharp guy who was a pleasure to work with. Him, Nick Nibi, Jeanne McHallam, Kenny Salk Bernie Schrieber and Charles Greene were our leadership crew back then. Where has the time gone? Rest in peace Ed.
