Edward Ray Holsenbeck Jr.

Edward Ray Holsenbeck, Jr. age 93, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 5th at Baldwin Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jerry Bradley officiating.
Mr. Holsenbeck was born in Milledgeville, Georgia, on October 5, 1930, to the late Edward Ray Holsenbeck, Sr., and Ruby Haynes Holsenbeck. He was a graduate of Georgia Military College. He worked in the Accounting Industry that started with J.P. Stevens in Milledgeville. He later moved to Tucker, Georgia and opened Ed's Tax Service and he later worked for H & R Block Tax Service until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his wife Emily Nell Fendley Holsenbeck, sisters Amelia Clyde Holsenbeck and Eva Mae Holsenbeck and a brother John Marshall Holsenbeck, Sr.
Survivors include a daughter Kay Beaudrot of Tucker, two sons Ed Holsenbeck of Demorest and Mark Holsenbeck of Alamo, a sister Betty Lou Gerken of Jacksonville, FL, his sister-in-law Gloria Jean Holsenbeck of Milledgeville, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home.
