Edward Frederick "Eddie" Hosselrode, 86, of Huntingtown, passed away November 8, 2025 at George Washington University Hospital. He was born on May 24, 1939, in Bedford, Pennsylvania, to Mabel (Margraff) and Fred Hosselrode. Edward graduated from military school in Tennessee, then became a certified plumber. He married Virginia "Ginny" Cole in 1970, and they moved to Calvert County in 1974. Edward owned and operated E.F. Hosselrode & Son Plumbing until his retirement. Eddie was an avid outdoorsman who loved going hunting, fishing, and eating crabs with his family. He set the example of what hard work looks like and knew how to encourage others that they can do anything they put their minds to. He will be remembered for his unconditional love, selfless nature, and willingness to always help those in need. He has touched our hearts in ways words can't describe.

Edward is survived by his children, Diane Barnes, Bobbie LeBeck, James Hosselrode, Tommy Hosselrode, and Lesley Edwards; grandchildren Brandon, Collin, and Blake Hosselrode, Sam and Ava LeBeck, Brooke Taylor, Tyler Edwards, Brina Wentz, and Haley Edwards, and by his sister, Marie Roper. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ginny Hosselrode, and his parents Fred and Mabel Hosselrode.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial contribution to the Huntin' with Jacob Foundation.
