Ed was an important part of our family. He will be so missed. Everyday just knowing I won't get a text or a call from him is hitting hard on my heart & mind.
He was one of the smartest men I've ever known. His stories are already being missed. I would sit with Ed for hours just in awe of some of the things he has experienced in his life. (Even though I have my memories) I will miss them stories being told. I use to just pray that the pain would go away in your knees but I'm sure your knees are all good now in Heaven & your dancing (with your Mary) & with all your loved ones that have already crossed over. You will be so missed. I'm so glad I got to know you & was apart of your life.
Rest easy, Ed
We love you

Ed is an integral and influental part of me. He is one of those people you know God put in your path for a reason. He loves teaching all that he knew to others. He loved talking about his experiences in his great life but what lit him up the most was talking about his family! I used to tell him he had the memory of an elephant and I believe he loved that. He would always tell me about a conversation he had with my daughter when he was repairing something at The Dunes, and he was having a hard time and she told him, "you will figure it out, you always do"! And he did.... Rest In Eternal Peace with Mary, my friend. Condolences to the Jecker Family on the loss of their Chief. I will miss our conversations that will live on forever in my most favorite memories of all time.
