For me, it is a continued blessing to know and love this family. Ed was always a strong yet soothing voice on the City Market of L.A. Board of Directors. I knew him and trusted his thoughtful judgement as a colleague; and, especially, as a friend. His smile was always broad and sincere with a sense of humor to match. But what I will remember most is his kindness. He cared about his family and friends and he never seemed to meet a stranger. He will most certainly be missed.
