Edward Lee McIntosh

Edward Lee McIntosh, a resident of Plymouth, Michigan, passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 69. He was born on December 11, 1954, in Dearborn, Michigan.  He is survived by his father, Beech McIntosh and is preceded in death by his mother, Nettie McIntosh who passed away in 2013.
 
Edward owned a landscaping business in Livonia. His interest for creating beautiful outdoor spaces was evident in the projects he undertook.

An avid fisherman, Edward often took trips to Canada to catch Walleye and Northern Pike.

He is survived by his wife of 11 years Margaret McIntosh, his children Matt (Kelly) McIntosh, MaryAnn Cooney, Kelly (Tricia) Cooney, Alexis Noel, his grandchildren Jack McIntosh, Jenna McIntosh, Zack (Kelley) Cooney, Brianna (David) Cooney, Seasha Cooney, and his great-granddaughter Kinsely Cooney. Edward also leaves behind his sister Brenda (Bill) Hamblin.

Edward will be remembered for his hard work ethic, generosity, and unwavering dedication to his family. His legacy as a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and businessman will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 from noon until 7 P.M. A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at the Funeral Home. Immediately following the service, Edward will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery, Plymouth.
