Edward Ivan Ramcharran

Ed was my friend and colleague for many years on the Army LMP project. When he first joined the ACQ team he was also my cubicle neighbor for about a year. He always greeted everyone with the biggest smile and always had that devilish look in his eyes like you never knew what was coming next. As most of the team travelled to Marlton, NJ to work for the week, we often socialized together as well. Ed was kind, smart, funny, driven, and tons and tons of fun to be around. The world has gotten a bit dimmer since his passing. I have the utmost faith it will brighten some in January when baby Ramcharran joins the world.
