Edward E. Rice III

I knew and worked with Ed for many years in the Parsippany Police Department. Ed was always a positive, happy and outgoing man. He was dedicated to the mission of the Elks and to the juveniles of Parsippany when we worked in the Juvenile section together. My deep condolences to his wife and family. Aunt Gloria, Glenn, Kevin, and Sean, my love and condolences for the loss of Uncle Eddie. I have good memories from my childhood when our families would gather together from time to time. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I have been friends with Ed for over 66 years.we first met in seventh grade and have even went through life with the same careers. I am going to miss him and my condolences to all his family. Joe Lagitch
