Edward Donovan Sharp

Edward was one of the strongest men I know but in another ways one of the weakest. We've enjoyed some fun times together and I will always remember them. My heart hurts to not see him in his room, to not hear "goodnight Sis, I love you", to not share a meal with him, to never get to attend events with him, to never hold his strong hand when I need a helping hand. So many times I was angry with him and would not reply to his "I love you's". I'm so terribly sorry I did. The last words he heard from me were mean and angry when he really needed me. I'd give anything right now to tell him how very sorry I am and that I love him very much. Whatever you do, be careful what you say to a person, you never know if they will be the last words you say. You can't take them back anymore. Also, no matter how angry you are never turn down the opportunity to tell them you love them. Those whom I love will be hearing it more often. He will be on our mantle with our mother. His dear friend, Ginger Brookey, was always there when he needed her and was the person to see him take his last breath. She said he passed peacefully and had a smile on his face. We choose to believe Mom came and got him and took him with her. I just hope he was able to hear my sincere apologies and that I truly love him and always will. We have another angel looking after us.

Edward is survived by his two children, his son Lane Vidal and his wife Cheyenne, with their children Colton and Jaxson. His daughter Damia Sharp and her fiancee Gage. His bonus children Angel Cheney, with her children Donovan, Deacon, and Ashlynn. Christa Cheney with her children Kyran, Kamber, Kasyn, Kaelynn and soon to be baby #5. Jake Renfro and his girlfriend Raschel with their sons Corbin and Owen. Sean Renfro, his wife Madison, with their children Lilly and Justin. His former spouse Brenda Adair and her husband Eric. His sister, Michelle Swan, her husband David with their son Daryll Sharp. His best friend Ginger Brookey, family friend Lisa Austin and the real love of his life that has always been with him, his cat Snowball. May he finally be at peace. I love you!
