I met Ed in the late 80's through PWP. I used to love doing the 2-step with him at the dances because he always had me in stitches laughing.

He nicknamed me "Nurse Wimpy" and had a hat made for me with that title because I didn't quite have the physical strength and stamina to ride the 2-day MS Bike Rides. I was qualified however to help out at the rest stops and was put in charge of driving his pontiac to Salome with all the gear.

He once took a picture of "Wimpies"---a burger joint in California to show me that I was famous.

He always tried to irritate me (which he sometimes did) by telling me to quit my whining. I surprised him at his 50th birthday party with a NO WHINING plaque which he hung on his wall for years.

I'm sure Joanne, Walt, and Andy were all waiting for him at the pearly gates to get the party rolling.

Hasta la vista my friend. I will miss you. May you RIP.

I met Ed in 1982 (30 years ago) through PWP (parents without partners). He, a guy named Walt, and I were on the board. We planned the family activities such as camping trips and pizza parties, and the adult dances which provided money for the family actives. Many of these friends from PWP are here today

I have enjoyed Ed's friendship over the years through activities involving his Super Bowl parties, love of country dance, biking trips, the Bunko Group, Reindeer Races, Hawaii, and wonderful weekends at his cabin!

I remember Ed's 50th birthday. I couldn't come up with a gift until I saw the display of WD-40 at Home Depot. After purchasing a can, the label became WD-50 and, as stated on the can, it "Stops Squeaks, Loosens Rusted Parts, and Frees Sticky Mechanisms", all of which he needed at the old age of 50.

Then, the wonderful Sandy Morgan entered Ed's life! I have sure enjoyed spending time with Ed and Sandy at the cabin, golfing, dancing, and having the "Sandra Lee's Daughter and Grandkids Party" @ Little Italy. In fact, today, Ed, Sandy, Noel and I had planned to golf and to go to Hogs in Heat.

I will miss you Ed. Bye the way, Ed, Say "Hi" to Walt from all of us who knew him!
