My brother enjoyed a great friendship with Ed for many years--since Pawtucket School and our days at St Rita's. They were both marines . . . I just liked him. Seems like he always had a smile . . .
The world is less.

Mr.V, thank you for being a part of our lives and being part of our family. It's not what you have in your life that matters but the people who make it special, and you did that for all of us. you will be forever missed, and never forgotton. We love you. See you later. Love Kathy, Robert, Steven, And Aiden.

Mr. Ed was the best neighbor ever. He was like my father, I used to go to his house and spend ours talking about his life ,family ,military life, working with satellites, how poor they were and how cold it was in the farm. He also said that eventhough he lived in the border in Canada never learned to speak French. He went to France he got the best hotel room because they thought he was French. He had a white Nissan but later on had a accident but thank God nothing happened. We don't have neighbors close by, we live across the street from one another my dog Bella loves him because every time he visit he brought her a bone. She knew the sound of his so we knew when he was home. Another thing was that he never lost his Boston accent so we used to make fun of one another accent NY and Boston, he liked red socks and like the Yankees, every time they play we talked about it. Mr. Ed was the sweetest, kindness men that I have ever met. He was like a father to me and my family, always there and willing to help us. He was my best friend (father) I miss him so much. Rest in peace my friend, I'm sure going to miss you. I pray that Jehova help us to cope with our loss.
