Edward Arthur Warriner

I want everyone to know what a great counselor Ed was during his time at Atchison Valley Hope. I was hired as a counselor in 1981 and he helped thousands of our patients to get sober. Being a counselor at Valley Hope is and was difficult and I struggled. I thought Ed was the counselor who could help me the most and so for about a year I spent lots of time with him. He gladly helped me, and I have always been appreciative of his mentoring and help. Also, I can' tell you how much I enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, softball and volleyball with Ed.
