Ed gave me my first job in architecture, when I was still a student. Working at ELD Associates was always interesting, and though I've moved into other careers, the things I learned working for Ed continue to guide me today. Rest in peace, Ed!

Had the pleasure of meeting Ed in the mid 80's when my husband started working for him. Always enjoyed working for and with Ed. He was a good man

My deepest condolences for the family. I was privileged to be in the Dardzinski orbit all throughout high school. I worked for Ed, along with his youngest son Brian, in the early '80s. We learned a lot about work ethic, the "correct" way to get a job done, and the importance to have fun on the job. Ed always had a huge smile, fast with some humor and the patience to deal with a group of teenagers always at his house. Ed was a very special man, and I feel blessed to have had him in my life during my formable years. I know the family will be sustained with the found memories of their dad and grandpa.

As any father would, he was a huge influence on my life. As a kid, he would always tell my brothers and I, "if you're not going to do it right, then don't do it at all!" Of course, NOT cleaning the basement wasn't an option.... so we learned to "do it right", and that ethos permeates our lives to this day. I for one feel blessed to have received that (though we didn't think so at the time).
I also inherited his love of architecture and was privileged to work for him and then with him for many years. I miss you Dad.
