Edwin Jack

Edwin Jack was born on March 7, 1945 to the late JC and Gussie Jack where he was born and raised in Lucedale, Mississippi. Ed was committed to his work for many years as a professional landscaper. He joined Lily Grove Baptist church at an early age and he also attended Oak Grove School.

Mr. Jack preceded in death by his parents, JC and Gussie Jack; his sisters, Carrie Coats, Delois Biggs, Juanita Griffin, Flossie Lawrence, and Hallie Martin; his brothers, Ernest Estes and Ricky Jack Sr.; one grandson D'Shante Nix.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Phyllis Jack; one son Edwin "Bo" (Chantilla) Nix; and one daughter Dominic Nix Ellis. He is also survived by his loving sisters; Mae Jack, Eunice Jack, Joyce Jack; and his brother Ceaser (Sandra) Jack.

His legacy continues through his 3 grandchildren; Taylor Nix, Hannah Nix, and Roderick Ellis; one great grand daughter Elania Nix.

He is further remembered by his special friends; Joe Phillips and Fletcher Broadnax alone with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Even though his story may be complete, but his spirit will echo in our hearts forever.
