Allan was preceded in death by his sons, Larry Christopher Reed and Allan Reed, II; parents, George and Clintora Reed; brother, George Reed, Jr.
He is survived by his son, Charles "Chuck " Reed of Lenoir City; granddaughter, Katie Nicole Parkey in Johnson City.
Private family services will be held.
