Edwin Sprinkle

Edwin was born on March 4, 1925 and passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019. Edwin was a resident of Salisbury, North Carolina at the time of passing. He is a graduate of Flat Creek High School and he retired from the W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center as a Supervisor of Supply Clerks in 1980 after over 30 years of service. Edwin was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving during WWII. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at Central Baptist Church 1810 Moose Road, Kannapolis, NC 28083 with Rev. Dean Hunter and Rev. Curtis Parker, officiating. Burial will follow in the Brookhill Memorial Gardens with Military graveside rites provided by the Rowan County Veterans Honor Guard and the NC National Guard. Powles Staton Funeral Home of Rockwell, honored provider of Veterans Funeral Care, is assisting the Sprinkle family.
