Efrain Ramos Obituary
Efrain Ramos Jr. left behind a wife, Virgen M. Diaz; eight stepchildren-two children of his own and four siblings, as well. He was always surrounded by family and friends who knew him for his love of fishing, cooking, hot wheels racing, and parties. He shined in every room he entered, with a funny prank or joke. Helping others and including them in what he did was the only way he knew how to be.
He will be missed by all whose lives he touched.
