Mrs. Eileen Maria Holzer

Eileen Maria Holzer, 77, of Port St. Lucie, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at Lakeview Rehabilitation & Care Center in Middle Island, New York. Mrs. Holzer was born in the Bronx, New York. She had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past fifteen years coming from Damariscotta Lake, Maine. She was a past member of St. Lucie Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie, FL. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul E. Holzer and her daughter Maria Elana Galizia. Survivors include her six daughters, Toni Anne Dilena of Coram, NY; Judy Lynn Franqui of Sunrise, FL; Carmen Vogt of Thief River Falls, MN; Vincenza Kenner of Thief River Falls, MN; Dawn Marie Galizia of Thief River Falls, MN; Tina Louise Merrow of Middle Island, NY; two sons, Gennaro Galizar, Jr. of Margate, FL; Anthony Nicholas Galizia of Royal Palm Beach, FL; twenty three grandchildren and twenty one great-grandchildren. VISITATION: Friends may call from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Monday, May 28, 2012 at Forest Hills-Byrd, Young & Prill Funeral Home in Port St. Lucie, FL. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 am, Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at St. Lucie Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie, FL. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
