Eileen Podracky Obituary
Eileen Patricia Podracky, age 76, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, at the Waterford in Decatur, Georgia. Born on August 5, 1949, in Lakewood, Georgia, Eileen devoted her life to her career as a computer programmer in the insurance industry before retiring to enjoy her passion for helping others in her community.
Eileen will be lovingly remembered by her brother, John Podracky, as well as her close friends who will miss her warmth, kindness, and infectious spirit. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at the Waterford and the Southern Grace Hospice care team for their dedicated and loving support during her final days.
Memorial services will be held at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, October 30, 2025. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM to celebrate Eileen's life and the joy she brought to those around her.
Messages of condolence for Eileen may be left in the condolences section. May she rest in peace, forever cherished in the hearts of those she touched.
