Dear Kathy and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Eileen's passing. She was such a warm, sweet lady, that will be truly missed in this world. But now she will be know as an Angel in Heaven like she was here on Earth.

We lived next door to Eileen and Hal back in the "fifties". Joanne and our son Bob were "best friends" at that time. I will always remember Eileen as a good friend and Neighbor, even though we had losst track of each other after we moved away. You have our condolances. Mary and Arnie Schraan

Gary, Joanne, John, and David -
I wish I could be there for you. Please know that you and your families are in my thoughts and prayers. Your mom was a wonderful person, a great friend, and the nicest neighbor. I look back fondly on the days growing up next door. She was always there to help, whether it was driving the local kids to school or supporting the church, the scouts, or other social activities. She always seemed to do this with a smile and a kind word. She was a great friend to my family and we will miss her.
God Bless.

The Schoessler family was saddened to see the obituary today. Tom is now in the Navy and on a ship somewhere in the Pacific, but he e-mailed and asked me to send along his prayers and condolences to all of you and especially to his old roommate Jon. We are thinking of you.

When my Mom called the other night it was with a heavy heart that I took the news of “Auntie” Eileen’s passing. But soon that sadness was replaced with beautiful memories of a great lady. She was a wonderful friend to my Mom for nearly 80 years! As a young child I recall many times when Eileen would come to visit my mother; it always cheered up our house. Eileen was full of energy and excited to hear how we were doing. Those are cherished memories that will always be with me!

Her fight to live was heroic. She is now at rest with Hal and Greg. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
