Elaina Gianini

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our daughter, sister, and friend, Elaina Gianini, 40, of Milford formerly of West Haven who passed away unexpectedly on March 23, 2025 at her home. Mother of Aiden and Haylie. Sister of Ericka Gianini, Jody (Dustin) Amendola, Nicole (Matt McCarthy) Meredith, Jason (Alexandra) Gianini, Richard A. Gianini Jr. and Christopher Meredith. Elaina was born in Ansonia on February 25, 1985 daughter of Richard A. Gianini Sr. of Oxford and the late Debbie Nettleton Gianini. Stepdaughter of Debbie Cognato Gianini. Loving companion of Bill Tripp. Though her time with us was short, Elaina's spirit will continue to shine brightly in our lives. She will be profoundly missed, but the love and laughter she shared will forever resonate in our hearts. Elaina was a 2003 West Haven High School graduate.Family and friends may call MONDAY, March 31, 2025, at the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 830 Jones Hill Rd., West Haven from 5pm to 8pm. Interment will be private.
