Duncan, SC
Elaine Sloan Lanford, 70, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Born in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Carolyn Sexton Sloan and the late Eugene Sloan. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her son, Jason Lanford and wife, Meagan; a daughter, Ashley Fowler and husband, Tim; two brothers, Phil Sloan and wife, Tammy and Bobby Sloan and wife Freda; four grandchildren, Maddisyn Lanford, Ethan Lanford, Elizabeth Lanford and Timmy Fower (Grace); a great-grandchild, Gabby Fowler; a niece, Emily Sloan; two nephews, Charlie Sloan (Hannah) and Vince Sloan (Nikki) and a great-niece, Keylee Sloan. She was predeceased by a daughter, Stephanie Lanford; two sons, Stevie Lanford and Baby Lanford.
Graveside services will be held at 12PM on Wednesday, April 01, 2026 at Wood Memorial Park with Rev. Ricci Allen, Sr. officiating.
