I was Elaine and Dick´s renter when they owned a duplex on the corner of Ontario and Tobermory, in the mid 1990´s. I am very saddened to hear of Elaine´s passing. I did not know that Dick had passed, until a few years ago. I have fond memories of Elaine and Dick. Elaine and Dick were classy people; down to earth and sincere. They were wonderful landlords. My sincere condolences.
