So sorry to hear about Elayne. We spent a lot of time together in Elementary school and into Junior High. I remember walking to her new address on the other side of town just to spend time listening to music and talking. Roberta Mahoney

I am sorry to hear about Elayne's passing. I last saw Elayne at the NewMMIS 10 year Anniversary Party. I had the opportunity to work with Elayne in 2009 on NewMMIS and again in 2015 on HIX. Elayne was also patient, upbeat - and had a personality which is always needed on Technology Projects. I am so sorry.

I worked with Elayne since 2012 implementing HIX. She was very knowledgeable and hard worker. She will lead all our MMIS requirements, testing and issue resolution. She always lead with a smile. I will miss her deeply.

I was devastated to hear of Elayne's passing. We were close neighbors sharing a road to our homes. Our packages frequently were delivered to each others house. I would always share with Elayne anyhing I baked. I will miss seeing her taking Auggie and Maggie out for a walk and me going outside to play with them and chit chating. She always had a smile. My mother, brother and myself will miss her deeply.

I am so sad to hear about Layne's passing and would like to send my condolences to her family and all those who loved her. I feel fortunate to have had many fun memories of her and her infectious laugh and wonderful smile.

So sorry I am really shocked to hear this sad news. I worked with Elayne at the Commonwealth for over 5 years. Elayne was an exceptional work colleague. It was so pleasant to work with her. Always in a good mood, positive and very professional. She really had a way with people. Everyone loved her. She was laughing all the time. Thinking of Elayne, we immediately see her beautiful smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. It was a joy to work with Elayne and I will never forget the warmth her smile brought to the office each day. May her soul rest in peace

I worked with Elayne for over 5 years and she was a truly wonderful person. She was always smiling and unafraid to voice her opinions. I learned a lot from her. She will be dearly missed! May her soul rest in peace!

Layne and I met in high school and became life long best friends. We shared many laughs and dreams together. She loved her family and friends deeply and gave her sage advice when needed. Rest in peace...we will meet again. Love you forever and ever. Carlene
