Elbert was born on March 21, 1940 and passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018. Elbert was a resident of White Oak, Texas at the time of passing. Elbert served honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Lebanon Crisis. Elbert Wilson Malone Funeral services for, Elbert Wilson Malone, age 78 of White Oak, are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Friday, June 29, 2018 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of Longview, 1700 Blue Ridge parkway, Longview, TX 75605, with Brother Mike Hill conducting. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, 5000 W. Harrison Rd. Longview, TX. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral home in Gilmer.
