Elder Raymond West Obituary
Elder Raymond O’Neal West, 67, of Cove City passed January 22, 2025 at Carolina East Medical Center. A celebration of life will be Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025 at 1 pm at the Tabernacle Temple of Jesus Christ, 1601 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC. Interment will follow in Hamilton Burial Gardens, 1603 Bishop LN Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.
A public viewing will be Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025 from 4 pm to 6 pm at Oscar’s Memorial Chapel, 1700 Oscar Dr, New Bern, NC 28562.
He is survived by his wife, Martha West, Cove City, NC; two daughters, Priscilla West and Teresa Joseph both of Greenville, NC; two sons, O’Mari Dillahunt and Raymond O. West Jr. both of New Bern, NC; two sisters, Helen Diane Williams of New Bern, NC and Helen Dinial Person of Fayetteville, NC; one brother, Richard Earl West of New Bern, NC; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, a host of other loving relatives and friends.
