Your mom was the sweetest woman I ever met. It was an honor for us to witness your devotion to one another. That is why I know that you are feeling such a tremendous loss. One of the first thoughts I had when you called to tell me were some of the words of the song "In Christ Alone"..."From lifes first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny". Elly was never alone, and now she is free of pain, free of sorrow and safe in heaven. You will see her again.

Jan-I am so sorry to read of your mom's passing! You took such good care of her. I know she was so important in your life! At least now she is resting in peace.

I worked with Elly doing fashion shows and we always had such fun. I'm sorry I can't make the wake or funeral. May she rest in peace. Mary Therese
