I'm so sorry for your loss. Eleanor was a dear kind soul and wonderful to chat with! We're out of town this weekend and am unable to pay my respects in person but I will keep you all in my prayers for comfort! You have such a beautiful family! That's such a blessing!

My Dear Friend Eleanor and I lived across the street for 27 years. There was and always has been a bond between our families. We both became widows , but her children and my children have always been there for both of us. We literally did everything together for which I will always be grateful. There was nothing she would not do to help me so many times in my life. I will never forget her for she was a trrue unconditional friend. My heart is broken, but I know she was given the most loving care and is now at Peace. I Love you Eleanor and will carry you in my heart always. Nancy, Kim and Richard no one could ask for a more caring and loving Mom. May God give you Peace. I am so very happy that our children have remained friends..Thank you for being my Friend.

There are so many memories of Eleanor. Myself and 8 of my brothers and sisters and mom and dad lived next door for a good while. I always remember her pretty petunias in her garden. When we moved to our present house I always planted petunias in the front. My sister, Linda, used to sit on the front porch and have long conversations with Eleanor. Kim and my sister Sheila were best buds and had lots of good times. Eleanor, you left us too early but heaven definitely gained another angel. May you rest in the loving arms of our Lord.

Eleanor, Its time to spread your wings and fly in heaven. You were my "warrior princess" on earth and I miss you, but I have comfort knowing your my best friends guardian angel from heaven now. Kim is a great woman because of who you were. It was time to rest Eleanor and now you're restored to new life.
Until we meet again.....amen.

Ms. Eleanor was our next door neighbor for almost 21 years. She was such a giving person. She used to buy my kids Christmas presents when they were little.
I remember one time when we were shoveling snow for what seemed like the millionth time that week, she said remind me of this in the middle of summer so I won't complain about the heat. She was one of a kind and will definitely be missed. Couldn't have asked for a better neighbor.
