Eleanor Hudgins Troutman

TROUTMAN, Eleanor Hudgins, 91, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord December 13, 2022. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 57 years, Blair Troutman; parents, Edward and Mamie Hudgins; two sisters, Grace Midkiff and Lucille Lipscomb; and one brother, Nelson Lipscomb. She is survived by two sisters, Mary Dunkum and Annie Ruth Jones; her husband, James; and a host of nieces and nephews. Eleanor will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her faithfulness to family and friends and her loving care of her husband. There will be a visitation at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment in Dale Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Jahnke Road Baptist Church or Forest Hill Volunteer Rescue Squad.
