Survivors include two sons, Earl (Cloteen) Whitt of Salyersville, Kentucky, Terry Lee (Monica) Whitt of West Liberty, Kentucky, one daughter, Paula Jean (Doug) Howes of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter-in-law, Wanda Hunley Whitt, of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Russel (Donna) Burgett of West Liberty, Kentucky, one sister, Helen (Jay) Grooms of Seaman, Ohio, eight grandchildren, Lora Carty, Angie Howard, Sherry Watkins, Amanda O'Bryan, Christopher Howes, Chase Whitt, Hannah Whitt, three step-grandchildren, Robert Schooley, Kimberly Whitley, Jennifer Hess, ten great-grandchildren, Kourtney Price, Abbie Grace Collum, Hudson Howard, Kristen Conley, Kara Conley, Kaleb Conley, Emilia Howes, Cooper O'Bryan, Jade Howes, Camden O'Bryan, four step-great-grandchildren, Seth Whitley, Gaberal Hess, Declon Hess, Lake Hess, seven great-great-grandchildren, Grayson Collum, Miah McChanan, Zayden Conley, Khole Conley, Arianna Conley, Avarey Conley, and Kaycen Conley.
In addition to her parents, Eleanor is preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Whitt, Jr., two sons, Rex Whitt, Elwood Whitt, three brothers, Ernest Burgett, Paul Burgett, Kenneth Burgett, one sister, Kathrine Williams, and one grandson, Hunter Whitt.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Sunday, February 04, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Harold Keaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Patrick-Lovely Cemetery at Johnson Fork, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Saturday, February.3, 2024 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any tie prior to funeral services.
