I am so sorry to hear of Elena's passing. She was a dear friend of my parents, Anne and George Quagenti. This photo was taken of the three of them October 5, 2014. My dad passed the following March, and I was blessed to have my mom for two more years.
Elena had an incredible sense of humor, and told some great stories. Elena drove my mother to pick me up at the hospital after I'd had surgery one year, and that was how she was. Always lending a hand, keeping us smiling and laughing through everything. I am so sorry for your loss, and I hope your memories of her always make you smile.
