Eli Dodson Obituary
Old Toxaway - Eli Dodson, 65, passed away on February 21, 2025.
He was the son of Elzie and Thelia Dodson. Born January 19, 1960, he lived a life with a zany sense of humor and an attitude that one faces adversity and defies it in the end.
He joins his parents, his brother Elijah and his granddaughter, Thelia Grace Jacques.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Christina, his daughter's Elizabeth, Amanda and her husband Clint Jacques, and was the Beepa of his grandchildren Adonai, Azariah, Adalia and Adriel Jacques. He is remembered fondly by his remaining siblings - Judy Gray, Sissy Galloway, Elisha Dodson, Martha Durham, and Anita Nicholson plus multiple nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held 3pm, Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Old Toxaway Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service at Old Toxaway Baptist Church.
