Elise H. Oates - Easley, SC Elise Higgins Oates, 25, of 407 Duvall Street, passed away Thursday July 1, 2010 at her home. Miss Oates was born in Greenville, a daughter of Ann F. Suit, of Greenville and the late William "Bill" J. Oates, Jr. She was a student at Greenville Technical College and employed at Countryside Village in Easley. She was a member of First Baptist Church - Easley. Surviving in addition to her mother are her sister, Billie Moore (James), of Greenville ; Step-Father, Michael Suit, of Greenville ; step-sister, Allison Suit, of Florida ; step-brothers, John Suit, of Mt Pleasant, SC and David Suit, of Greenville ; paternal grandmother, Elizabeth "Lib" Higgins Oates, of Easley ; paternal grandfather, Otis Forrest, of Virginia ; Maternal Great-Grandmother - Fleda Forrest of Easley ; Step-Grandparents, Raymond and Helen Suit, of Greenville ; Special Aunt, Elizabeth "Libby" H. Oates, of Easley ; Beloved Nephew, Drayton Moore, of Greenville ; longtime boyfriend, Manley Roach, of Easley and her precious little dogs, Coconut and Peanut. Funeral Services will be 2:30 pm Saturday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, Easley, with the Reverend Dr. John Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 2:30 pm, prior to the service, Saturday at the funeral home. The family is at the home of her parents, 3 Belvoir Court, Greenville and at the home of her sister, 115 Pimlico Road. Greenville. Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 950 W.
