Eliseo Rangel Salazar, 42
Eliseo "Pancho" Rangel Salazar, a cherished husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away tragically at the age of 42, on October 1, 2025, in Ephrata, Washington. Born on March 5, 1983, in Cuerámaro, Guanajuato, Mexico, Pancho was a man whose laughter and warmth filled every room he entered.
Pancho is survived by his loving wife, Dayna Rangel; his adored children, Destiny Rangel and Francisco Rangel-Hersel; his step-daughters, Giavanna Chapman and Lily Gonzalez; his devoted mother, Ma Teresa Salazar Canchola; his father, Eliseo Rangel Pérez; and his caring sisters, Lupe and Adilene Rangel. His life was further enriched by the joy of many nephews, nieces, chosen brothers, and extended family members who will miss him dearly.
For many years, Pancho was a dedicated sales associate at Napa Auto Parts, where he was known for his friendly demeanor and his ability to make customers feel at home. His colleagues will remember him as a man who could always be counted on for a good joke and a helping hand.
Pancho's passion for low-riders was more than a hobby; it was a way of life. He found joy in the rumble of engines and the shine of chrome, and shared his love for the culture with everyone around him. His taste in music was as eclectic as his personality, and he was often the life of the party, whether he was behind the grill barbecuing or curating the perfect playlist.
Above all, Pancho will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to building supportive relationships with kids and teens. He was the quintessential Tio, always ready with a word of advice, a listening ear, or a burst of laughter. His ability to connect with the younger generation and his dedication to their well-being was a testament to his kind and generous spirit.
Pancho's legacy is one of joy, friendship, and laughter. He was a beacon of light in the lives of those who knew him, and his memory will continue to inspire laughter and kindness in the hearts of his family and friends. As we say goodbye to Eliseo "Pancho" Rangel Salazar, we celebrate a life lived fully, with every moment embraced with humor. His story is not one of sorrow, but of a life well-lived and a man well-loved.
