Elizabeth "Leialoha" (nee Pai) Becht, 88, of Aston, on October 1, 2010 at Vitas Hospice at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital. She was born September 12, 1922 in Hilo, Hawaii the daughter of the late George Abraham and Elizabeth Daisy (nee Aiona) Pai. Elizabeth was a secretary at John Wanamakers and the Administrative Secretary to the President of both the Federal Glass Co. and Aldan Rug Mill. Mrs. Becht loved to dance, sing and hula dance to Hawaiian music. She enjoyed playing the Ukalie and had a very beautiful singing voice. She was also a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband George W. Becht Jr.; two brothers Joseph and Thomas Pai and her sister Mary Helen Keoloha. She is survived by her three children George W. Becht Jr. (Lynn), John Charles Becht and Elizabeth S. McFadden (Gerard); her siblings John Pai, James Pai and Harriet Brott; also survived by her six grandchildren Lisa, Jackie, Gerard, Anthony, Erica and Amanda and her eight great grandchildren Taylor, Robert, Amber, Kaylana, Lexianna, Olivia, Anthony Rocco and Cole. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Friday from 9:30am until her Funeral Mass at 11am in the Church of St. Frances de Sales, 35 New Road in Lenni. Interment will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Aston. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice 1740 Walton Rd. Suite 100 Blue Bell, PA 19422. Arrangements in the care of the Cavanagh Patterson Family Funeral Home, Media.
